Northern Alfresco
Picnic tables with umbrellas, seating 8 per table with room to stand and mingle.

Couches and high bar tables at the entrance, reserved exclusively for your group.
Restaurant High Bars
In front of the main bar downstairs. Balloons and table decorations welcome here.
Licensed Beach Area
Tables directly on the sand, with a private bar option. DJ or portable speakers permitted.
Beach Lounges
Loungers on the sand, right at the water's edge. Bookable in pairs for a smaller group.
Restaurant Set Menus
A seated set menu in the restaurant for groups up to 50, with the beach just beyond your table.

Pricing, upstairs and downstairs
Upstairs is an exclusive hire: venue hire and a minimum spend, quoted per event, with food packages customised to your night. Downstairs, you book an area with no venue hire: share platters, or a seated set menu in the restaurant, with a $200 deposit to lock in your date. Drinks can run on a beverage package or a bar tab, whichever suits.

Before you enquire
If you want the room to yourselves, a microphone for speeches, or you're planning for more than about 40 guests, go upstairs. If you want something smaller and easier, from 8 up to 100 guests, downstairs is the better fit and the smaller commitment: book an area for share platters, or a seated set menu in the restaurant for groups up to 50.
Not downstairs. The alfresco and beach areas run on house music with no microphone access. If speeches or a toast are part of your plan, the upstairs function room is the right booking, since it includes an internal PA system and microphone.
Downstairs bookings are confirmed with a $200 non-refundable deposit. Upstairs exclusive hire works differently: venue hire and a minimum spend are quoted per event, and your coordinator will walk you through the payment schedule when you enquire.
As a guide, a 35 person group typically orders around 5 share boards, and a 50 person group around 9. Your coordinator will help you mix and match grazing, slider, seafood and dessert boards to suit your group when you enquire.
Some decorations are welcome, with a few house rules to protect the space so close to the ocean: no glitter or confetti anywhere, and balloons are only permitted at the downstairs High Bar tables. Ask your coordinator about what's allowed in your specific area.
Less than you'd think. Milestone celebrations are typically booked weeks rather than months out, and the team regularly accommodates short-notice dates. Final numbers are needed 2 weeks before your event either way.
